Governor Gregoire yesterday spoke about increasing online courses for community colleges in Washington as part of her reform plan to "Deliver 21st Century Customer Service" Last week, at the Washington State Nurses Association Legislative Day, she talked about streamlining government the same way.
While having more online classes, with all or part of the face to face time reduced, can reduce maintenance, cleaning, power consumption of classrooms, it can also reduce gas consumption by students as well as help create flexible schedules for their busy work schedules. In the long term, parking lots and buildings will not have to be created. Quality methods of instruction using full and partially online delivered classes already exist. Some of the online teaching methods include course management systems ( Angel Learning), interactive elements (GoogleSites, Twitter, YouTube, del.ico.us, Skype), and experiential virtual worlds such as Second Life.

I tried Articulate presenter onece, it is really a powerful tool, but it is beyond my budget. I am now using Wondershare PPT2Flash, it is also a good eLearnng authoring tools that help no programming skill users convert PowerPoint to Flash for high-impact Web presentations and SCORM compliant eLearning Courses with rich media, quizzes and simulations.
This is very useful link for me.
I have download it for my personal collection.
Thanks !
